Who's Guide Peter?
Guide Peter is a tour guide with a passion for Amsterdam and its rich history. As a resident of Amsterdam and as a historian he knows the hidden secrets of the city better than anyone.
He has done guided tours in the Jordaan and the Red Light District for many years, but especially the unknown places of Old Amsterdam, where very few tourist go, are his favorite spots. There you can walk in the footsteps of the great painter Rembrandt van Rijn or in those of Michiel de Ruyter and you can taste the spices of the VOC (East India Company).
